Coldplay paid tribute to the Beastie Boys’ MCA during their concert in Los Angeles on Friday night. The band performed their piano-driven reworking of “(You Gotta) Fight for Your Right (To Party)”, which they first debuted at the All Points West Music Festival in 2009 (the Beastie Boys canceled their slot at the festival shortly after MCA revealed his cancer diagnosis.)
